On March 1st's full moon Lenore. headed over to Breakside Brewery's Dekum location to help R&D Brewer Natalie Baldwin concoct a special rose petal saison we're calling "Basic Witch." The Worm Moon in March ushers in Spring & signifies new beginnings & so at midnight we sang to our brew & imbued it with all the love & hope we could muster. Watch about it here & get yourself a pint of Basic Witch at our Old Church Show on Friday the 13th!
We just added two really fun new local shows! On February 9th we'll be joining Lost Lander, Melville, The Breaking, and XRAY FM DJ's for "Under the Covers," a night of cheesy love songs at Doug Fir Lounge. Please message us with requests, we'd love to hear your ideas! This annual event always sells out, buy tickets here.
We're also playing The Sunset Room at Revolution Hall on February 27th for a special "after show" show. Authors Steve Almond and Cheryl Strayed - cohosts for the New York Times podcast, Dear Sugars - will be hosting a night of "Bad Stories" on the main stage of Rev Hall in celebration of Almond's book release appropriately titled, "Bad Stories." Our very own Rebecca Marie Miller will be taking the main stage for the sold-out event to sing the theme song for the Dear Sugars podcast, but you can catch Lenore. in all our glory at the after show, which will feature performances by Portland duo Wonderly and poet Anis Mojgani. Tickets for this special event are limited, get them here.
